上海鑫水機械公司成立於2000年，是臺灣鑫昌機械工業股份有限公司投資的上海廠。公司著力於研發設計專業的橡塑膠機械，主要産品有橡膠壓延、PVC硬質壓延、PVC過水透明壓延、PVC玩具膜壓延、PVC木紋膜壓延、PVC燈箱布壓延、PVC地板革壓延、PVC人造革壓延等一系列産品。主要産品有4輥、5輥、6輥壓延、貼合機、印刷機、發泡爐、開布機、處理機等。
　　

      本公司引進臺灣鑫昌公司的技術，並不斷研發新産品，我們也可配合客戶的産品要求，提供建廠規劃書、技術設計、製造、安裝、試車、保養及人員培訓等一條龍服務，使客戶在最短時間內完成所需的成品。立志於製造世界最好的壓延機。

PVC壓延線流程
　　首先把PVC 及輔助原物料倒進儲槽桶內，經過PLC配方設定，通過原料自動計量系統的計量，分批進入計量桶，再通過閥門的自動切換，進入高攪機高速攪拌，使不同的原料能充分混合均勻，經過溫度的設定自動下到密煉機內使其原料塑化處理，另外在需經過A軋輪機和B軋輪機的充分塑化，通過過濾機的過濾擠出，使原料在壓延主機上的壓延，再經過引出－壓紋－冷卻最後再卷取成型，最終成爲成品。設備的控制系統都是經過高科技的PLC聯動系統，压延机的辊轮从德国进口，電氣元件主要採用日本進口件、使産品的精密度更高、更穩定。

After setting temperature, the materials are discharged into the Intensive mixer and the material with  plastified treatment . Further, they are plasticized fully by A and B mixing rolls, and then filtered and extruded out from srainer extruder,then the materials are conveyed to calender, after one section of embossing and cooling, then rolled by winder,finally, the finished products are completed. The control systems of the equipments are all by PLC linked system.The calender rollers are imported from Germany. Electrical elements are mainly imported from Japan, which are enabled to have high degree of precision and stability.
